Nearly the end of the financial year!

It has come around fast, and it’s nearly the end of the year! Remember there are some key things to consider this month:
1. Superannuation paid to your team is only deductible in this financial year if it is paid in this financial year – you may want to pay superannuation before 30 June
2. Money you pay into your superannuation each year has a cap on it to be a tax deduction – check with your accountant if you are thinking of putting extra money into superannuation as a tax deduction.

Make sure you have booked a tax planning meeting with your accountant so you know what to do before the end of the year and have an idea of what your tax and tax instalments on BAS will be in 2026.

Xero fee increase

Please note that Xero has an annual fee increase in July. If we pay for your Xero subscription then we will be increasing your fee in line with the Xero fee change.
